200 Consumers Road is a recently upgraded nine storey, 119,332 square foot quality Class ‘B’ office building located on the east side of Consumers Road just south of Sheppard Avenue East, between the Don Valley Parkway and Victoria Park Avenue, immediately north of Highway #401.

What We Have Learned
The client had sought advice regarding the optimum time to sell the asset in a view to optimize the time sensitive internal rate of return (IRR) in an environment where the buildings major tenant’s lease was up for renewal within the next two and a half years.

The property was sold to an off shore investor through a cooperating broker.
