The marketing strategy was developed to provide maximum pricing to the vendor and to attract attention
from the widest target market.
This creative approach involved mass mailings, a customized website and newspaper advertisements. A
certified $1 million cheque was required with the submission of any offer for the purpose of eliciting the
interest of direct purchasers only.
Key to this effort was the requirements to sell the property within a tight time frame as require by the client.
Equally important was the requirement that the entire transaction be managed and documented in a fully
transparent manner to withstand any scrutiny from the public, auditors and the press.
