Our Firm

P.G. Gagné Commercial Real Estate Corp. is a boutique investment real estate brokerage firm managing disposition processes and assisting in the negotiations for sale of mid-market commercial real estate assets in Ontario. The firm's power of execution relies on expertise in: valuation; market positioning; monetizing strategies; access to target markets; and mortgagee controlled sales. The primary focus is non-user mid-market investment assets, as well as residential development land sales. The firm’s clients are both institutional and private, including direct owners of real estate as well as intermediaries such as asset managers, receivers and financial institutions. The firm has offices in Toronto and Calgary.

The office is located at 401 Bay Street, Suite 2704 in Toronto. The firm is registered and is in good standing with the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).

Clients appreciate the firm’s strategic approach to business. For all assignments, the fundamental work ethic is based on a strategic analysis of the assignment and on prior due diligence leading to an intelligent and proactive execution of a client approved strategic plan.

Our Team

Pierre Gagné, Broker of Record
Pierre Gagné is the driving force behind the firm. He is a prominent and reputable industry veteran whose career started in 1980 with one of Canada’s largest real estate institutions. Pierre subsequently had a successful eighteen year career with a national commercial real estate brokerage firm prior to setting up P.G. Gagné Commercial Real Estate Corp.

His academic achievements include: McGill University, Bachelor of Commerce: Real Estate Analysis and Urban Planning (B.Comm., 1980); University of Western Ontario, Master of Business Administration (MBA, 1985). He is as well a retired Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute (AACI).

Alison Macintosh, Sales Representative
Alison Macintosh began her real estate career in 1981 with a national consulting firm, followed by sixteen years in a variety of institutional roles including ten years as Vice President, Property Investments for a life insurance company. Alison began working as an independent consultant with P. G. Gagné Commercial Real Estate Corp. in 2004, and has joined the firm as a licensed sales representative.

Alison has acted as a buyer, a seller, a lender and a sales representative, with nation-wide experience across all asset classes.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from the Schulich School of Business, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveryors (MRICS).
